Qually AI (“Qually”, “we”, “us”, “our”) provides an AI-powered real-time sales assistant that joins live calls, generates insights, and helps sales teams operate more effectively.

2. Information We Collect

A. Data you provide to us

  • Account information: name, email, role, password/SSO data.
  • Uploaded documents: PDFs and battlecards uploaded for product knowledge.
  • Subscription information: plan selection, payment details processed by Stripe.

B. Data we collect automatically

We automatically collect certain technical and usage information when you interact with Qually, including:

  • Device/browser information
  • IP address
  • Usage events and performance data
  • Website analytics (if enabled)
  • Analytics data collected through Firebase Analytics, such as:
    • App/feature usage patterns
    • Session duration
    • Click paths
    • Device and OS information
    • Crash reports and performance signals

Firebase Analytics helps us understand product usage and improve reliability and performance.

C. Call-related data

Qually processes the following when you use our real-time call assistant:

  • Audio streams (captured and sent to Deepgram for transcription)
  • Real-time transcriptions
  • Stored transcripts
  • Structured call notes & meeting summaries
  • Call metadata (timestamps, participants, duration)
  • Video content (captured for processing only)
  • Screen share content (captured for processing only)

We process this data solely to deliver the service.

Important: You are responsible for ensuring all call participants have given legally required consent.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data to:

  • Deliver real-time call features (objection handling, notes, recommendations)
  • Improve model quality, accuracy, and product performance
  • Detect issues and maintain service reliability
  • Authenticate users and secure accounts
  • Provide customer support
  • Process payments
  • Comply with legal obligations
  • Analyze usage trends and improve the platform using Firebase Analytics

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data.

We do not allow any model provider to use your data for training.

7. International Transfers

Data is stored in EU-West (Supabase).

Some vendors may process outside the EU but only with GDPR-compliant safeguards (e.g., SCCs).
