Qually processes the following when you use our real-time call assistant:
- Audio streams (captured and sent to Deepgram for transcription)
- Real-time transcriptions
- Stored transcripts
- Structured call notes & meeting summaries
- Call metadata (timestamps, participants, duration)
- Video content (captured for processing only)
- Screen share content (captured for processing only)
We process this data solely to deliver the service.
Important: You are responsible for ensuring all call participants have given legally required consent.
